The Formula
Healthy digestion is a critical component of healthy elimination. Triphala is a traditional combination of three fruits Amalaki, Behada and Haritaki, used to detoxify the liver, promote colon health and aid digestion. Amla (Emblica officinalis) is the primary nourishing fruit in Triphlal. It is sour and astringent and rich source of antioxidant & vitamin C. Behada (Terminalia belerica) & Haritaki (Terminalia chebula) provides cleansing support .

Suggested Use
2 - 4 tablets at bedtime with warm water. May take 2-4 days for complete benefit in situations that have occurred over a period of time.
