The Formula
Healthy digestion is a critical component for healthy elimination. The cleansing and elimination support is due to a unique combination of Ayurvedic herbs in EZ Relief formula. Triphala is a traditional combination of three fruits Amalaki, Behada and Haritaki, used to promote liver health, colon health and healthy digestion. Triphala, together with the Senna leaves helps promote effective elimination. Bishop's weed and Ginger are added not only for their additional digestive support but they help in balancing the action of the Senna leaves.*

Suggested Use
2 to 4 Tablets at bedtime with warm water. May take 2 to 4 days for complete benefit in situations that have occurred over a period of time. Not for use by children, pregnant women or individuals with sensitive colon or bowel.

Lifestyle Recommendations:
* Drink 7-8 glasses of water
* Take regular milk at bed time with ghee
* Include lot of natural fiber in diet
* Exercise regularly.
