The Formula
Healthy digestion is a critical component of healthy elimination. EZ Relief's cleansing and elimination support is due to a unique combination of Ayurvedic herbs. Triphala is a traditional combination of three fruits Amalaki, Behada and Haritaki, used to detoxify the liver, promote colon health and aid digestion. The Triphala together with the Senna leaves will promote effective elimination. Bishop's weed and Ginger are added not only for their additional digestive support but they help in balancing the action of the Senna leaves.*

Suggested Use
2 to 4 Capsules at bedtime with warm water. May take 2 to 4 days for complete benefit in situations that have occurred over a period of time. Not for use by children, pregnant women or individuals with sensitive colon or bowel.

Lifestyle Recommendations:
* Drink 7-8 glasses of water
* Take regular milk at bed time with ghee
* Include lot of natural fiber in diet
* Exercise regularly.
